Plumbing with Pex Pipe. I really hope you guys like and find this plumbing video very helpfully.
This plumbing job was done back in September 2016. The story of the house is that the home was flooded out in a heavy rainstorm back in April 2016 and after that, the home had to be gutted out and renovated. The rainwater had done so much damage and it was no longer safe in move back in. Much of the wood had to be replace the roof, electrical, Plumbing and even all the bricks were removed and the home was re-bricked. This was a great opportunity to replace all the hot and cold water lines. I was the one renting this house before the flood. I lost just about everything. Just in case you guys were wondering who live there and I didn’t want you guy’s thing that I thought lite of the situation. It was a bad flood, but things happen and life goes on, and given the opportunity to re-pipe the house was a great chance for me to videotape and post it here on YouTube. I do have another pex re-pipe plumbing video here on Youtube, but that was a house that all the walls and ceiling were in place. This job gives me a chance to show you guys what’s going on behind the walls and above your ceilings. And on this video I didn’t make up my own manifold/ Manoblock pex distribution box for the pex pipe plumbing system here you get a chance to see how I really Anker the pex brass fittings down and how the tub and shower valve is installed.
