First cut water off to the toilet ,Flush water out of toilet, Use a any house hold sponge to remove any water that's left in the tank, Next lets remove the toilet water supply line from the toilet, Now lets remove the fill valve AKA (Ballcock) Start by removing the nut at the bottom of the toilet tank at the bass of the Fill Valve,
