It’s not every day that a dream can come true. My wife (also known as Da’ Pudn’) has been a crazy about horses since birth. And her favorite breed is the Friesian, which is a very large horse from the Netherlands. Since we both work in the animal field, we didn’t think that ever owning one was possible due to the fact that it is a very expensive horse.
She was happy volunteering at a horse and pony recue and I was happy watching horse movies like The Black Stallion. Our life was set, or so we thought. All of a sudden out of nowhere the rescue she helps out at got a call about a Friesian that could no longer be ridden, but needed a home. And one things lead to another and bam o bam we got a rescued horse to add to our rescued dog, cat, rabbit, and birds.
Now Sir Lancelot will need treatment and a whole lotta’ love. Please follow along as I will make updates about this amazing horse.
